RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Every purchase made on italianwineshopping.com is disciplined by Italian Decreto Legislativo 206 - 2005, that assures the returns right.
- Products must be whole, preferably in their original package: the Returns Policy do not cover damaged or altered items.
- The right to return is only for individuals: retailers are therefore excluded.
To claim this right you have to write us an e-mail within 14 days from the delivery date, indicating:
- invoice number
- order number
- order date
- the product you want to return and its code
- your payment data to refund you
- waiting for our Returns authorization
- within 15 days from the receipt of our authorization e-mail, ship at your expences the products you want to return at the following address:

- We will refund the paid amount within 14 working days from the receipt of the returned goods.
