The description
Pale yellow with a greenish hue. An intense perfume of hawthorn blossom, ripe golden peach and fresh apricot.
The palate is flinty and fresh, reminiscent pf the "volcanic-calcareous" vineyard soils and sea breezes that sustain the vine. A lingering fruitness on the finish and a hint of citrus.
