This does not take away freshness, but enhances the pleasant taste of this atypical white, making Poizzo an accomplice of even the latest generation aperitifs, where sweet and sour, spicy and balsamic have become an international trend.
Fish aperitifs, savory dishes. Softness and freshness with a touch of this Poizzo, suitable to drink as an opening wine.
