A very balanced acidity and tannins, powerful and full bodied wine with riped cherries, plum, coffee, vanilla, species tasted on palate

This wine is produced in very limited quantities from a very careful selection of grapes. The period of vinification, conducted under carefully controlled temperatures, is much longer than that of the Chianti Classico in order to extract the maximum of colour and aroma and allow the wine to age much more.
